Vincenzo Ferrante

He has been working with the firm since 2016 and has been a partner since 2010. Previously, he worked at other leading law firms and also practised independently.

Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan: Master’s Degree in Law, summa cum laude, 1991.
PhD in Labour Law and Industrial Relations, 1995.

Qualifications
Admitted to the Milan Bar Association in 1994, he is qualified to practise before the higher courts.

Italian, English.

Areas of practice
Labour law, trade union law and social security law.
He is a Full Professor of ‘Labour Law’ at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, where he also teaches ‘Social Security Law’. Since its inception, he has been in charge of the Master’s degree course in Labour Consultancy and Personnel Management (now in its 20th edition for the 2023–24 academic year).
He provides consultancy and advisory services to private companies, public administrations and enterprises, pension funds, and workers and pensioners.
