THE DATA CONTROLLER
The “Data Controller” of the processing of personal data is “Studio Legale Daverio&Florio” – Studio Legale Associato, a professional association, based in Milan, Corso Europa, no. 13 (hereinafter, the “Firm” or the “Data Controller”). For the purposes described below, the Firm may use the services of external suppliers, specifically appointed as Data Processors.
METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
Data processing related to the web services offered by this site is carried out at the headquarters of the Owner Company and is handled only by employees or collaborators of the Owner, in charge of the processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data from web services are communicated or disseminated.
TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
Navigation data, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could allow users to be identified, through processing and association with data held by third parties, carried out only after explicit request by the judicial authority. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data, in any case deleted immediately after processing, are used by the Company for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. They could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site and are deleted after 12 months.
DATA VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED BY USERS
There is an area within the site where users can, if they wish, and after entering their personal and contact data, send their applications for job positions within the Firm. The provision of such data is optional and subject to the user’s discretion. The data collected through this section, will be processed directly by the Firm’s employees for purposes related only to the selection of any applications of interest. Personal data collected by the Company through the site will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. At the end of the above time periods, personal data will be deleted or anonymized.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Data subjects may exercise, vis-à-vis the Data Controller, the rights provided for in Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 679/2016 including the right to access the data concerning them, the right to obtain the updating, rectification, limitation, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form of the data or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to object to the processing. In addition, users will always have the right to revoke the consents given, with effect for the future, and without the revocation affecting the legitimacy of the processing previously occurred. To exercise the above rights, simply write to the Controller at its registered office address, or send an e-mail to email@example.com. If the user detects a violation of the law in the processing of his/her personal data, he/she may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulations. This is without prejudice, however, to the possibility of appealing before the competent judicial authority.
