He provides legal assistance and advice – including in-house support to clients – on labour law matters, both in litigation and out-of-court proceedings, across various sectors (including, for example, Transport and Logistics, Banking, Healthcare, Telecommunications and Professional Practices). In particular, he deals with dismissals, both individual and collective, disciplinary proceedings, procurement contracts, unlawful intermediation, transport contracts, extraordinary transactions, negotiations and out-of-court settlements.
He also drafts regular newsletters for the firm’s clients and professional bodies. He speaks at conferences organised by accountants and universities, as well as at training courses for the firm’s clients. He is one of the contact persons for the firm’s international network, Innangaard – International Employment Law Alliance.
