INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REG. 679/2016

The “Studio Legale Daverio&Florio” – Studio Legale Associato (hereinafter referred to as the “Firm” or the “Owner“), informs you that the personal data you have entered in the online application form, together with the data in your curriculum vitae, if sent, will be collected and processed by the Firm for purposes related to recruitment, selection and evaluation of personnel.

The Firm reserves the right to collect directly from you-at the time of any interview-additional information regarding your education, experience, previous economic treatment and expectations, and to supplement this information with an aptitude assessment.

The provision of personal data is optional; however, if it is not provided, it will not be possible to consider your application. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the execution of pre-contractual measures necessary for the purposes of the assessment that may lead to the eventual establishment of the employment relationship or professional collaboration.

Your personal data are collected and will be processed by “Studio Legale Daverio&Florio” – Studio Legale Associato, a professional association, based in Milan, Corso Europa, no. 13, as the Data Controller. Your data may be processed not only by the Data Controller, but also by other suppliers appointed as Data Processors.

Your personal data will neither be disclosed nor communicated to third parties, except in the cases provided for by law.

We also inform you that if you are not selected, after 24 months from the date of transmission of your application, we will destroy your curriculum vitae and all documents attached to it. In case, therefore, you are still interested in providing us with your data you should, after that date, send us an updated curriculum vitae.

In accordance with Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 679/2016 you have the right to know, at any time, what data we hold about you and how they are used. You also have the right to have them updated, supplemented, corrected or deleted, to request blocking or restriction of their processing, even in relation to only one of the purposes or methods listed above, by writing to the following email address: studiolegale@daverioflorio.com.

If you should detect a violation of your rights, you may apply to the competent Data Protection Authority pursuant to Article 77 of EU Regulation 679/2016, without prejudice to the possibility of applying directly to the judicial authorities.
