He provides advisory and legal assistance, both in and out of court, to leading national and international credit institutions, as well as other companies operating across all major sectors of industry.
He has gained significant experience in litigation – throughout Italy – in relation to all the main areas of employment and trade union law.
He has also gained significant experience in coordinating corporate functions during investigations aimed at ascertaining embezzlement by employees, as well as in managing complex disciplinary proceedings through to their conclusion.
He also provides assistance – both in and out of court – to senior executives in resolving critical issues arising from employment relationships.
He is the author of specialist articles and has spoken as a panellist at conferences and information and training events aimed at professionals in the sector.
