Employment, trade union and social security law.
He has gained extensive experience in providing day-to-day advisory services to support corporate departments in relation to typical employment issues, trade union relations and dealings with public bodies (INPS, INAIL, the Labour Inspectorate, etc.).
He also assists companies during negotiations with trade unions, covering both proactive measures (second-level bargaining, performance bonuses, welfare schemes) and defensive measures (collective redundancies, social safety nets).
He handles litigation throughout Italy concerning all major aspects of employment, trade union and social security law.
He also assists international clients requiring support on labour law matters within Italy or on issues relating to cross-border secondments.
He has participated as a speaker at training sessions and conferences primarily aimed at client companies, trade associations and associations of HR directors.
He has published articles and commentaries in trade journals and newspapers.
