Sabrina Calonghi
She has been a permanent member of the firm since 2024. She previously worked with Salvatore Florio from 1992 to 1998 and – following a period of independent practice in the fields of civil, employment, commercial, corporate and insolvency law – rejoined the firm in September 2012, not on a permanent basis but to handle specific areas of practice.

Employment Law, with a specific focus on matters with significant civil law implications.

Within the firm, he provides, in particular, judicial and extrajudicial assistance to companies operating in key sectors, notably the financial sector, in relation to non-competition agreements and other agreements connected to the employment relationship and, more generally, in matters of contractual and non-contractual liability within the employment relationship.
It provides advice, in particular on the drafting of non-competition agreements and other agreements relating to employment relationships, as well as on their validity, breach and the resulting contractual and/or non-contractual liability.
It has gained extensive experience in litigation at every stage, level and instance of proceedings throughout the country.
It has spoken as a presenter at conferences and information and training events.
