At the firm, he provides consultancy and legal assistance to leading national and international companies, as well as private and public bodies, operating across all major sectors, including: banking, healthcare, transport and logistics, commerce, the service sector, pharmaceuticals, metalworking, private security, broadcasting, social welfare, social healthcare and education.
He has gained extensive experience in litigation – at every stage, level and instance of proceedings and throughout the country – in relation to all the main areas of employment and trade union law.
He also provides assistance – both in and out of court – to employees, with a particular focus on executives, in resolving critical issues in employment relationships.
He is the author of specialist articles and has spoken as a panellist at numerous conferences and information and training events aimed at professionals in the sector.
