Employment and trade union law.
He has gained experience in employment litigation in virtually all Italian courts, primarily assisting banking groups operating throughout the country, multinationals in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, and hospital groups.
He advises on labour law and trade union relations to companies in the service, chemical-pharmaceutical, banking and metalworking sectors.
He handles extraordinary transactions relating to the acquisition and/or disposal of companies, providing his services both during the preliminary assessment phase of the transaction and in the management of the underlying trade union relations.
He handles collective redundancy procedures.
He provides assistance to executives at all stages of the employment relationship (recruitment, promotion, transfers abroad, termination of employment, etc.).
Teaching
He has spoken at public conferences as an expert in employment law and industrial relations, and has taught on training courses for company staff working in human resources management.
Publications
He recently contributed to Norme & Tributi Plus, published by Il Sole 24 Ore, with an article entitled “From defamation to disciplinary proceedings: the consequences of inappropriate use of social media at work”.
