In particular, at the firm he deals with:

  • advice to leading national companies, publicly owned companies and credit institutions, including on restructuring/reorganisation and staff reductions pursuant to Articles 17 and 20 of the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Credit Sector, and the practical application of the regulations set out in Bank of Italy Circular 285;
  • assistance in labour law litigation, covering: disciplinary proceedings, individual dismissals (including those of senior managers) for just cause or economic reasons, collective redundancies, classification of employment relationships and job categorisation, non-competition agreements and unfair competition, temporary employment and contract agreements, clawback/penalty clauses, urgent interim proceedings brought to recover damages suffered by employees, and claims for damages;
  • litigation before District Courts and Courts of Appeal throughout Italy;
  • secondment assignments at clients’ premises;
  • drafting of legal opinions and contracts for both salaried and self-employed work, as well as non-competition agreements, remuneration plans and corporate compensation and welfare policies, transfer and corporate mobility letters, privacy protection, and remote working contracts.
