Within the firm, he primarily provides consultancy and legal assistance to private companies operating across all major sectors of industry, with a particular focus on the banking, automotive, retail, service and private security sectors, as well as the provision of essential public services.
He has gained extensive experience in litigation – at every stage, level and instance of proceedings and throughout the country – particularly in relation to all the main areas of labour law.
He also provides assistance – both in and out of court – to company health insurance funds and, in the field of social security, to supplementary pension funds.
He has participated, as a writer and speaker, in information and training activities aimed at clients, chartered accountants and solicitors.
