She has gained extensive and significant experience in providing legal assistance in the field of employment law to a wide range of private, public and state-owned companies, both in and out of court. His expertise in out-of-court assistance includes, by way of example: preparing legal opinions, drafting contracts (for both employed and self-employed workers), disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective dismissals, participation in arbitration proceedings and conciliation procedures before the relevant local authorities and trade associations, and industrial relations.
The extensive experience gained in litigation – at every stage, level and instance of proceedings and throughout the country – covers all the main areas of labour and trade union law.
