Antonella graduated in Law with top marks (110/110) from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, in 1996, with a dissertation in civil procedural law under Prof. Claudio Consolo. She collaborated with Prof. Consolo on the drafting of Notes to judicial decisions (“La responsabilità civile dei Magistrati”, published in Responsabilità Civile e Previdenza, 2000).
She began her legal training in 1997 at Studio Legale Rossi & Panigada in Milano, a law firm specialized in international civil law.
Antonella joined DAVERIO & FLORIO in 2001.
Since then she has gained substantial expertise in the area of employment law, with a particular focus on issues relating to dismissals (collective and individual), social safety nets, agency contracts, tenders/outsourcing, disciplinary proceedings, and the regulations governing the positions of foreign citizens working in Italy.
Antonella attended the Master’s in Employment Law organized by AGI – Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani, the Italian employment lawyers’ association, from 2004-2006.
She has been a member of AGI – Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani since 2006.
She became a partner in DAVERIO & FLORIO in 2007.
She held two courses on “Staff reduction. Collective dismissal and crisis management” for the Chartered Accountants and Expert Bookkeepers Association of Milan, in March and November 2009.
She held a course on “Agency contracts. Recently introduced regulations and severance pay” for the Chartered Accountants and Expert Bookkeepers Association of Milan, in April 2009.
