He provides consultancy and legal assistance primarily to private companies operating in the banking, healthcare, transport and logistics, commerce, tertiary and services, pharmaceutical and metalworking sectors.
With extensive knowledge of the banking, financial and insurance sectors, he has developed specialist expertise in the areas of remuneration policies and pay equality and transparency.
She handles corporate transactions (business transfers, mergers, collective redundancies, reorganisations) and social safety nets.
She has gained extensive experience in litigation throughout Italy relating to key issues in labour and trade union law.
