He has gained extensive experience in providing legal assistance in the field of employment law to private companies in both judicial and extrajudicial matters. His expertise in out-of-court assistance includes, by way of example: preparing legal opinions, drafting contracts (for both employed and self-employed workers), disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective dismissals, participation in arbitration proceedings and conciliation procedures before the relevant local authorities and trade associations, and industrial relations.
The extensive experience gained in litigation – at every stage, level and instance of proceedings and throughout the country – covers all the main areas of labour and trade union law.
The firm also boasts in-depth knowledge of civil law (with specific reference, in particular, to contract law and the law of obligations), both in and out of court, and of company law.
